Apple isn't doing *anything* nefarious. PURE FUD. FACT: 32-bit code causes more CPU and RAM usage which in turn causes performance degradation on 64-bit systems. You've shown you are very ignorant of the engineering challenges involved here. You're only making yourself look foolish.
