Apple isn't "inserting NOOPs".
Apple isn't trying to make apps "run half as fast".
Apple isn't doing *anything* nefarious.

PURE FUD.

FACT: 32-bit code causes more CPU and RAM usage which in turn causes
performance degradation on 64-bit systems. 

You've shown you are very ignorant of the engineering challenges
involved here. You're only making yourself look foolish. If that is your
goal, continue opening your trap by all means.
