What will happen is that 32 bit Apps will take longer to launch because
the 32bit libraries will not be loaded by default. There may even be new
system features that 32-bit apps will not be able to interface with at
all.

Then the 32 bit libraries will be removed from the system and those apps
will no longer work.

Chances are good we will know a bit more next week.
