Both (Stalin and Idi Amin) were British agents.

The Brits have a certain way, how they control remote countries:
they pick up a local wanker from the streets and take him to one of 
their facilities.

There he gets washed and gets now clothes and something to eat.

Then he gets brainwashed by mysticism and sadistic rituals.

If he shows no more signs of moral and ethics, he is sent back and gets 
promoted, so that he can raise up in the ranks of that country.

To make him the leader, the opponents are wiped out and a revolt is 
initiated.

After the bad guy is in position, he has to fulfil the hidden treaties 
(hand over land, minerals, licenses and so forth). Then he can do, 
whatever he likes (as long as he kills a lot of his own countrymen).

Stalin was actually a criminal from Georgia and had as 'profession' 
bank-robber. His real name was Jossif Djugashvili.

Hitler was actually a homeless gay prostitute from Vienna.

Similar features we find in several other British proteges.

Often tey use PoWs as agents (which is a war crime).

E.g. the later Admiral Karl Dönitz was 'turned around' in British prison.

This is illegal, since it is in violation of the Geneva convention.

But bad habits do not pay on the long run.
