Thanks a lot.

Actually there have been not too many positive comments about my 'book'.

I guess there were less the ten people, who made somehow friendly comments.

To me that is a little annoying and I have left the subject. So my 
'book' stays as it is  and I hope, someone could make use of it.

Personally I believe in the validity of the idea.

It is actually  quite simple and 'straight forward', only a  little 
counter-intuitive.
