Der menschliche Fotograf besitzt ein Hirn und fotografiert vielleicht 
nicht gerade den intimen Hausrat des Nachbarn, der am Straßenrand auf 
Verladung ins Auto wartet.

Die Kamerafahrzeuge von Google und Apple hingegen nehmen gnadenlos ALLES 
auf, was zufällig auf der Straße herum steht, verpixeln vielleicht noch 
mit einer gewissen Trefferquote Gesichter und Nummernschilder, und das 
war's an Rücksichtnahme.

Spätestens wenn du beim Schnappschuss über die Hecke die Nachbarin beim 
Sonnenbaden erwischst, wird das jeder Richter anders sehen.

Wo kein Kläger, da kein Richter.

Außer Familienmitgliedern und engen Freunden wird niemand jemals 
erfahren, was du privat geknipst und wahlweise auf deiner Festplatte 
versenkt oder in dein Fotoalbum geklebt hast.

Sobald jedoch Geld im Spiel ist, sind die Anwälte nicht weit.
