The conditional feature are mostly features of the language itself, though in many cases they also involve the standard library. _ _STDC_ANALYZABLE_ _ affects nearly every operation with undefined behavior. While _ _STDC_IEC_559_ _ and _ _STDC_IEC_559_COMPLEX_ _ have many effects on <math.h> and <complex.h> functions, they also affects ordinary floating point operations. _ _STDC_NO_ATOMICS_ _ affects the _Atomic keyword. _ _STDC_NO_ATOMICS_ _ doesn't just affect the functions in <complex.h> it also affects ordinary complex floating point operations. _ _STDC_NO_VLA_ _ has no affect on the library - it only affects declarations of VLAs.
