I'm not using CSS for the color block. I'm generating an actual PNG
which can be downloaded and used elsewhere.

Behind the scenes it creates a 1x1 PPM and then pipes that through
pnmscale and pnmtopng. The libnetpbm color picker doesn't speak HSV.
