Only if he has no other Anti-spam software in between Hermes and
Messenger Pro.
The spam filter can be cumulative - i.e. it could be tripped by some
content and not just the UTF From or subject etc.
Or in this case since it can't work out the filtering for the email by
the sounds of it, Turning off the filter of UTF stuff might help find
out what is happening to these mails.
