only ###@rambler.ru addresses, never this particular address from a

I can't find any help in these logs; but, then, I don't know what I
should be looking for.

OK I've added Ivans email address (as it appears within the <>
brackets) on a new line below the list of # Instructions in
Hermes/Filters/Whitelists/Global list/Edit.
I'm guessing that at least these 3 (* see below) will open the next
time I re-launch my email software and green tick them - I'll let you
know.
* Incidentally, having cleared all the other email from my 'Unfetched
messages' list, I see that there are now only the 3 'gibberish'
messages. 2 are from Ivan's address and the other is from
'donotreply@mail.easyjet.com'!!!
