You can increase the amount of detail in the logs but changing the 
settings in Netfetch/Hermes.

The point is that the logs will show where the email was passed to 
(delivered or deleted on a spam rule etc.).

This with only have an effect on new mail

Have you booked a flight with easyjet, etc. ? If so its another legit 
email otherwise could well be spam.
