You are seeing a binary situation; real life is not as black-and-white. No, not _relying_ on the GPS, but you can have a momentary lapse of concentration - or, if you don't accept that, a lorry can obscure your view of the limit sign as you pass it. In those circumstances, I'd not object at all to my SatNav telling me I'm over the limit. -- J. P. Gilliver.
