Here are Einstein's equations as kindly provided by you goodself Gary,

tB - tA = tA' -tB..................1
tB - TA = rAB/(c - v)..............2
tA' - tB = rAB/(c + v).............3

They are NOT "correct" in ANY SYSTEM,
  unless v=0 eh!

If you are getting "error" at the boundary, Gary, then you are doing it
wrong. When you do it right, like me eh!,then you don't get no "error".
You are right of course, there is a boundary, but it is very easy to
deal with it correctly Gary.

If the clocks are mounted on top of the train(who would do that eh!)
then equation 1 is BULL SHIT
tB - tA = tA' -tB..................1


If the clocks are mounted sensibly inside the train
then equations 2 and 3 are BULL SHIT.
tB - TA = rAB/(c - v)..............2
tA' - tB = rAB/(c + v).............3
