War das erste Mal, dass ich etwas am Telefon bestellte. Ich fand (damals auch ohne Google, weil es die noch nicht gab ;-) schnell heraus, dass man einfach einen der DIP-Schalter umlegen musste. Trotzdem die Hotline angerufen, um vielleicht ein paar Märker rausschinden zu können. Rechner war mit Bildschirm schließlich fast 4000 DM, da sollte man keine Fehler seitens des Herstellers erwarten... Die ließen aber nicht mit sich reden und bestanden darauf, dass ich den Tower (in Originalverpackung, die ich schon entsorgt hatte) komplett einschicken sollte, um mir Ersatz zu schicken! War mir dann doch zu lächerlich. So hatte ich die CPU rausgehebelt und geschaut, dass die auch wirklich ein 133er war. Dann die Schalter richtig eingestellt.
