Btw. ich hatte mir September 1999 beim Walmart (liebe Kinder, die gab es tatsächlich mal in Deutschland, als ihr noch nicht geboren ward ;-) das Angebot gekauft. IIRC ein AMD K6-2 mit 380 MHz. "Normal" waren vielleicht 500 bis 700 MHz (High End für Normalsterbliche) zur Jahrtausendwende. Auch mein 380er dürfte mit Softmodem Probleme gehabt haben, wenn anderes lief, was viele CPU-Cycles will. -- Andreas
