Sure, that's fine, but it means they're not first-class values the way
numbers are.  Programs dynamically make new numbers all the time.
Languages with first class functions can do the same thing with
functions.  SICP has good examples of using that to implement OOP-like
functionality in Scheme.  The objects are function closures, and you
invoke operations on them by calling the functions, passing the method
and invocation parameters as arguments to the function.  So you are
constantly making and freeing new functions.  This is obviously not
typical Forth style.
