The winning numbers for these games are generated by random number
generators (RNGs).
As was determined in the Hot Lotto investigation, these RNG computers
were built at MUSL by MUSL staff, including former MUSL employee Eddie
Tipton.

At the race track, you can tell which horse was fixed because at the
last few minutes a horse odds goes down, suddendly.
Is there any way to monitor horse race tracks Tote Boards with computers
for...sudden changes? You know, like they do on Wall
Street...High-frequency trading (HFT).
