I Love Evil! especially evil women...

Do they have lotteries in other countries?

I was wondering...how does the software work?

http://www.seattlepi.com/news/us/article/Jackpot-fixing-investigation-expands-to-more-6707355.php

I mean, does the software control
random numbers? Or

does the software control
the other software in the machine? Or

does the software control
the hardware?

does the software control
the movement of the vibration
of the lottery balls?

The guy is not in jail so I figure he's
using his software to keep him out of jail.

Otherwise the whole lottery system will fall apart once
kids get their hands on the software.

The whole planet lottery system is in trouble.

So, how did this guy manage to use software to pick lottery numbers???

It has to be a simple program...but what does the program control???

I'm pretty sure he is threatening to Upload it on the Internet if they try to send him to jail.

That's what I would do! Wouldn't you?
