About the problems of the project, it says:

|the end is coming.

|JH: You have to back up, but when money
|is involved, time is involved, and reputations

|back up. And if you can't back up and you
|can't go ahead, the fate is sealed. That
|doesn't seem to be acceptable either, but it
|often comes to a tragic end.
