The problem with using the + sign is that you have to do this one contact at at time. You can't indicate more than one contact each time you press the + sign. A real pain in the butt. The best work around I found is to open up the Contacts app, select all of the entries I want, and then move them into the appropriate recipient field. It works, but is not as productive as having the Contact functionality available right in the Mail app. This appears to be an issue that was introduced with Yosemite. I have found a lot of people complaining about this on various blogs. Hopefully, Apple will restore the function. I can think of no reason to have taken it out. I appreciate the response. If you have any other ideas I would be interested. Thanks, Jerry
