That's debatable. It may very well be that Apple knows this feature is
not used by enough people to justify keeping it around. Perhaps if
enough people care enough to contact Apple and give them feedback about
it, they'll see fit to add the feature back. And in the mean time, there
are other more efficient ways to do the same thing anyway.
