Jein; die Erhältlichkeit von Alkoholika und
auch Haushaltszucker hat nach Ende des dort
betriebenen Sozialismus wieder zugenommen,
wobei es allerdings für die Abgabe außer
Haus Abendverkaufssperren gibt.
