Wenn er schmeckt, hilft er. Meine Schwiegereltern (85 und 87 Jahre alt)
trinken sehr wenig Wasser. Seit es zum Kaffee mal einen Eierlikör gibt,
zum Grillen mal ein kühles Bier oder abends ein Glas Wein, wird mehr
Flüssigkeit zu sich genommen und das hilft.

Die Ärzte raten beiden davon ab. Ihr Argument: Alkohol könne Krebs
erzeugen und süchtig machen. Da lachen unsere Senioren auch laut auf,
wenn sie nichts getrunken haben.

Meine Frau und ich trinken die Woche über gar keinen Alkohol. Am
Wochenende gibt es mal einen kleinen Aperitiv (Martini Bianco) und sie
trinkt gern Sekt, ich lieber Bier zum Film.

Von Warnungen, nicht mehr als ein oder zwei Bier pro Tag (!) zu trinken,
waren wir nie betroffen. An manchen Wochenenden trinken wir auch gar nichts.

Ich glaube auch, dass gar nicht so viel getrunken wird.
