It isn't. Apps with use Ads are supposed to make money with the Ads.

If you don't want this - do not use these apps!

Yes, I ALWAYS(!) follow this principle! Either I get the app as free
software without ads or I pay for it. Everything else is unethical and
stealing other peoples work.

You may call your attitude "look, I have a phone which can not display
ads" as a "I am a brave warrior for freedom" - but it is just abusing
other peoples work, nothing else.

And to be honest: I don't want to spend more time with your posts.
