Now the way you fix a horse race is 
if a race has 6 horses, you pay
3 jockeys to hold back the horses,then
you play a triple with the other horses.

With lottery balls, you inject mercury.

but it seems somebody forgot
which ball numbers contain
the mercury.

that's like fixing
a horse race and forgeting
which jockey you fixed.
