No, it's more like asking where is the center of the surface of a balloon or where is the center of Earth's surface? Where is the center of the circumference of a circle? No, I do NOT mean the center of the Earth, a few thousand miles below your feet, I mean the center of the SURFACE of the earth. Go to a globe, point to a spot on it and say "Here is the center of the surface!" It doesn't make sense. Same as the center of the universe, just more dimensions are involved.
