well, possibly he studied physics somewhere else and only his biography 
is a fraud.

But this would be sufficient to put everything else he had ever done or 
said under suspicion.

IOW: if he faked his PhD, this would spoil everything else.
Even worse would be, if some sort of authority helped him to fake his PhD.

We have the same pattern somewhere else: in the life of Wernher von Braun.

He started his career quite early and finished with a PhD at the age of 22.

Since I have attended the very same university (TU-Berlin now, formerly 
university of Charlottenburg), I can say, that is definitely impossible.

So his cv is a fraud, even if the papers are correct. Reason. Germany 
was occupied by the Americans and they could fake any paper the wanted.

Similar with Belgium after WWI, which was essentially an occupied 
country, too.

Well, but he studied physics and mathematics in Leuven - allegedly. His 
doctorate is in mathematics, but had had also a degree in physics.

But were and when did he actually learn all of that???
