Another possibility would be Hendrik Lorentz. The equation itself is most likely wrong. The equation describes an effect, which is observed in connection with radioactive decay. There the emitted radiation has energy and that energy is balanced my decease in mass according to that formula. But in my opinion the term 'decrease' would require a negative sign for the mass lost, while the energy of the radiation is positive. So I would introduce deltas and something like this: delta (E) = - delta(m) * c^2 TH
