Redshift/blueshift of the light signal corresponding to the velocity of the 
source relative to the observer, and signal arrival times corresponding to 
the distance from the observer to the source when the signal was emitted, 
when traveling at the same constant, frequency/wavelength-invariant speed.  
This is what is being observed.

The opposite of the above.  This is not what is being observed, IOW this 
idea is experimentally refuted.
