Perdão! Percebi isso depois de escrever o procedimento; atualizei o código e não postei pra você. Na verdade escrevi (defun vertex (v graph) (assoc v graph)) (defun neighbors (v graph) (cadr (vertex v graph))) Sua leitura está correta.
