In technology review 9/2016 ist ab Seite 61 unter dem Titel Opium für
das Volk bedingungsloses Grundeinkommen behandelt.
Das steht z.B. drin, das demnächst in Finnland, Niederlande und
Kanada diesbezügliche Experimente gestartet werden sollen.
Und es in Silicon Valley ein ein aktuelles Thema sein soll.
Und etwas von "negativer Einkommenssteuer".
D mit Hartz IV und Aufstockung wird nicht erwähnt.
Wobei mich der Vergleich bei
der Abgabenquoten durch Sozialämter bei Zusatzverdiensten
gegenüber der obersten Steuerquote
interessieren würde.
Hermann
fragend ob man nicht Geld über die slums auskippen sollte,
auch wenn davon ein erheblicher Teil im Rauschgifthandel landet.
