Es soll ja Käufer geben, die sich mit dem Kredit übernommen haben,
(Zwangsversteigerung bedeutet oft geringerere Bezahlung.)
oder deren Häuser sich als Bruchbuden entpuppen,
oder deren Häuser Standort bedingt ( z.B. neuer Fluchhafen)
an Wert verliert.
Außerdem steigt der Hauswert nicht in jeder Stadt.
Außerdem kann die Bank die Hypothek nicht einfach kündigen,
wenn ihr Eigenkapital kritisch wird.
Das meiste Geld, was sie verleiht, ist eine Weitergabe andere Anleihen.
Und steigende Geldmenge kommt nicht bei jedem Mieter an.
Leerstehend Häuser sind auch nicht billig.
