Der CPU Takt (ca 3,2 GHz) , die Speichermenge (DRAM + Festplatte) hat
wenig zugenommen.
Bau CPU DRAM Festplatten aktuell installierte SuSE Version
2005 Prescott 4 GB 2*200 GB 10.3?
2010 AMD 16 GB 2 TB + 3 TB 42.1
2013 AMD 32 GB 2 TB + 4 TB 12.3
2015 i7 32 GB 6 TB 13.2
Grafikkarten können etwas mehr an Geschwindigkeit
und Auflösung ( von 2 Monitore 1920x1200 bei Prescott
auf 4 Monitore 2560x1600 ab 2010 AMD (Grafikkarte ersetzt)).
lediglich die Speicherzugriffszeit ist besser geworden:

die anderen 3 >=2010 sind täglich im Betrieb.

der nicht den Eindruck hat,
dass der PC aus dem Jahr 2010 so schnell zu zum alten Eisen gehört.
