Natürlich nicht. DKIM stellt nur sicher, dass die E-Mail tatsächlich von
der angegebenen Absenderdomain stammt.

Ob der Absender selbst aber ein Spammer ist oder nicht, ist damit nicht
gesagt. Eine gültige DKIM-Signatur kann sich auch ein Spammer erstellen.
