Oops! Sorry. So it is. Somewhere along the line I missed seeing Apple
changing over to USB3.

Doesn't change the point though. USB is designed for different uses to
Thunderbolt, although there is also some cross-over as well. A
Thunderbolt mouse would be massive overkill.
