No, it "identifies" (in the very vaguest sense of the word) your device
... or more precisely what you device has been doing.

Nope, they are following what is being done on the device ... if that
device is used by multiple people, then obviously it can't be tracking
"you". If you use a computer in the library, then you may well get
adverts for poodles because the previous person was looking for
information on poodles.

Which is still beside the point that "you" are not tracked
individually, nor are you individually identifiable, and nor is any
personal data being obtained nor sold to anyone else ... such things
are simply a load of nonsense and scare tactics.
