Still thinking about doing this (iPhone purchase on hold).  Didn't quite 
follow all of this.  One thing I noticed - Verizon is CDMA and T-Mobile 
is GSM.  This doesn't matter? You seem to be saying it doesn't but I 
thought I'd check.  Also, this is a 4th gen iPad
