the seats are still first come/first serve but airlines reserve the
better seats for customers who fly a lot, versus the kettles who don't.

if you regularly buy large volumes of apple products per year, you'll
get priority service too.

like hell they are.

there's a *huge* difference between premium economy and first/biz.
