Finns are a geneticist's dream, and not in a good way.

Culturally Finland is quite different. Supposedly Tolkein pattern some of 
the language in the LOTR on Finnish since it was so different from the 
western Germanic languages. He also drew from the Kalevala, which again 
differs from the Germanic corpus.
