As others already said, you've likely wiped your Windows partition when
installing Linux. Only you know why.

But if not you shall in any case get a Grub boot menu. All you do is hit
any key but ENTER when you see the menu to stop the count down. If there
is a Windows partition you can select it with the cursor keys and then
hit ENTER.
