How is that a "flaw"?  Being an inconvenient fact does not
make it a flaw.

Any definition of "Native Americans" as a peoples would allow Neil
Armstrong's descendants to be considered "Lunar Natives" since he "got
there first."  The only definition of "Native American" that makes any
sense is "born in America."  If you were born here, you are a native.
If you weren't, you're not.
