Where? Details? I am in London, UK. Many years ago, I felt I was treated with disrespect by a Constable, when I made a report (I can't remember the subject) at a Police Station. A retired Superintendent advised a letter to the relevant Commissioner of Police. I was 'phoned by a senior officer and told words had been had with the offending Constable.
