The general assumption in this newsgroup, as IIRC is given in the FAQ,
is that, unless a poster states otherwise, the JavaScript is being
written to be part of a public page on the World Wide Web.

Then it does not really matter what computer and browser YOU use,
because you should be writing for any combination of Internet computer
(ideally, any Internet device) and browser, and you should be testing
with more than one browser.
