Bollocks! No you don't! OK your CSS will have some: -

	@media only screen
	and (min-device-width : 320px)
	and (max-device-width : 480px) {
		body {
			font-size: 8px;
		}
		div.wrapper
		{
			font-size: 8px;
		}
		div.polo
		{
			font-size: 8px;
		}
		div.textHolder
		{
			font-size: 16px;
		}
		div#alarm
		{
			font-size: 8px;
		}
		div#radar
		{
			font-size: 8px;
		}
		div#speaker
		{
			font-size: 8px;
		}
	}

Size everything else with EMs.

And your header may have some of these: -

	<link rel="apple-touch-startup-image"
		  media="(device-width: 320px)"
		  href="icon1-320x460.png">

But different layout for mobile/tablet/desktop is only one option not a
requirement.

Again, especially with new larger mobiles, scaling of well designed GUIs
works great.

That is because you are happy to wallow in your ignorance. First thing

Webstart is also dead.

Possibly, I've never done it.
