Conduct can mean almost any aspect of behavior, while netiquette focuses
on electronic communications.

Why would one have multiple "conduct" in different time and place?

Schizophrenia? Multiple personality or email address? Disguise? Masks?
Come on... crap! :)

Just to pick one obvious example:

Electronic communications are not face-to-face so behaviors such as body
language, speech patterns, dress, and even personal hygiene are totally
disregarded.

But the much more general term "conduct" could possibly be interpreted
to include those factors.

In C, the binary operator "-" will give you the difference between two
numbers, or two pointers.

  Gophers?

Now would you like to pose a valid question, to a single newsgroup or
small number of related newsgroups, about the topic of that/those
newsgroup/newsgroups, in plain English or whatever the (common)
language of the newsgroup/newsgroups is, in the body of your post?
