The type of `sizeof "bart"` is size_t, and the value is 5. The type of
`"bart"` is char[5].

If *what* is char*?
An array expression that is the operand of sizeof is not converted to a
pointer. Every C programmer needs to know that.

How is it puzzling? A string literal that's the operand of unary `*`
*is* converted to a pointer, so `*"bart"` is of type char*, and
`sizeof *"bart"` is the same as `sizeof (char*)`.
