Ah, yes, so I see. Thanks. Had I looked properly, I would have made a
different point -- the low interest rate used for the range should
probably /not/ be an integer, but if, for some as yet unknown reason, it
should remain an int, the best way to line up the columns is still by
using the same format but now with a cast:
printf("%7.2f", (double)(low_rate + i));
