See my reply to Vanguard - luck not required. 40tude Dialog is much
better for using newsgroups than Thunderbird and I still use it
occasionally. I'd use it all the time, but it means having two programs
running. As Thunderbird had much of its usefulness removed by the
succession of extension wrecking, unnecessary changes I only use it for
its versatility in being able to use email, RSS feeds and newsgroups in
one package.
