For older versions of TB there was an AddOn named "mnenhy" with
witch you could suppress the "X-Face:" header via config:
user_pref("extensions.mnenhy.headers.noxface", true);
That's just one of the reasons i still use TB 38.
But if you use "40tude Dialog, abandoned 20 years ago" - good luck!
