What I got here, is one was color and one was B&W.

The face one is base64 (http://base64.sourceforge.net) and contains a PNG.

 ...
 xtglds1AB6r0aiSHKcnFck+p/c/0CbacFLQcajGcAAAAASUVORK5CYII=

 b64.exe -d face.txt face.png # I only figured out later it was PNG
                                      # and then put the right extension on the command

Things like this are so archaic at times, it's hard to find a photo app
to load them. The color one in this case, looks like it might be
more authentic if the colors are inverted. I just happened to pick lousy
looking samples :-) This does not appear to be a topic crying for a fix,
because the artwork "mostly sucks" :-)

And Copilot was helpful, by pointing out "you could decode these yourself
you know". I would pay $200 a month, to be encouraged in this way.

Some day the AI is going to answer "but you're too dumb to figure this out".
